18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Certification

 

All visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2256 and made after July 3, 1995 that are displayed on this website comply with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 2257.   All other visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 CFR Part 75 because they do not portray conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2256(2)(a) through (d), but are depictions of non-sexually explicit conduct or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995 or a combination thereof.  

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, all persons were at least 18 years of age when the photographs, videos or the like were created.

All models depicted in the section of the site titled "Talon's Ties" are over the age of eighteen at the time of the creation of the photographs, videos or the like depicted within this website.
