Robert Deane
Robert Deane has been doing photography
approximately four years, and each increment of passing time has
taken him from a place on Yahoo Groups (which he still maintains) to having a
Website with the SweetTies family
of sites. Below is just a minute sampling of his work.
Speaking to Robert recently about photography,
he said something without realizing it, that has stuck in my mind, in fact he said it
more or less in passing, but I think it has alot to do with his
success and expertise. No, I'm not going to say what it was, but it
made me "rethink" his works in a different manner
Very few of today's photographers capture what
Robert does. The "feeling", the "moment", the
"expression".
That to me is what makes a photographer an artist.
Robert excels at it. Take a look below, and you will see exactly what I mean.
Stare into the eyes, and you
will see the "moment" captured. Some "photogs" take
pictures", this man creates a moment, and captures it in
a frozen moment of time, and gives us the opportunity to share that moment with
him.
It's not the model. It's not the camera. It's
not the setting.
It's the MAN looking Through the Lens.
