Photograph Posting  Policy

All pictures contained within Talon's Eyrie are considered by some to be " Public Domain ".

Though many may appear to be, many are NOT, and I try to give credit where credit is due
when I know, or suspect just who the owner is.

Failing that ... My apologies to the owners.

Any errors in posting are mine and mine alone.

It is not my intention to blatantly ignore copyright laws,
but be realistic to the fact  that errors do occur.

If my use of any pictures herein offend the owner, please notify me and I will remove them, or post a credit
as soon as possible depending on the owners wishes, usually witing 72 hours, so please be a bit patient.
  Also, please be aware, that pictures "without" some sort of  logo or marking are fair game.

Simply stating that a particular picture is "Yours"  doesn't cut it.

Hopefully NO ONE will take this as a disregard of ownership.  We all know the limitations of this medium, and unless
we want Big Brother stepping in to "Control" it, we must work together.  The bottom line is common sense and honesty.
I will work amicably with anyone who is on the up and up ... and will continue to do so.

All pictures not falling under the guise of "Public Domain" have been posted
with the owners permission, with said permission on file and can be E-Mailed to you
upon request.
