Review Phil Carson

If you have not heard of Phil Carson, you are in dire need of getting out more. Here is your chance to learn, from one of
the "originals' of this genre' that we have all come to love and enjoy. I'll let Mr. Carson to his own talking; that is if

I have been tying up willing females for over 25 years, and have studied the craft and science of bondage since 1982. Five years ago,
I launched one of the first bondage-oriented websites on the Internet, Bondage Web & Fetish Central (which is still going strong!).

In 1998 I became associated with the largest distributor of bondage materials, Harmony Concepts, and created hundreds of bondage
